You can share files via a link with both Prostream users and non-Prostream users.

Select the document you want to share. Choose Share. A pop-up will appear where you can create a link. You can also enter the expiration date of this link here.

To share your files as safely as possible, choose to add a password to the link. This way, only people with the password can view the file.

Click Next. The link (and possibly the password) have now been created. Copy them to share with others.

A document link is valid for a maximum of 20 years.
