To download a file to your local computer, select the file and choose Download.

Are you planning to make changes to your document? Then choose Edit file (the sheet with a pencil in it). Prostream adds an extension to the file name and when you upload the file again, it is automatically recognized as a new version.

When a user edits a file locally, the file is automatically locked in Prostream. This makes it not possible for multiple people to work on the same file at the same time. If a file is locked, an administrator can always unlock it.

You can see who has locked a file by hovering your mouse over the lock.
