To quickly create reports that meet your organization's corporate identity, create configurations. This allows you to apply all settings at once.

To adjust a configuration, select ✅ Edit in the right side panel. You can then adjust various settings:

General: here you set whether empty answers should be shown, which background image you want to use and whether you want to add page numbers.
Under the Front page tab, you can adjust the first page of the report by selecting which data should appear on it and whether there should be a different (or no) background. It is also possible to not use a front page at all.
Under the Snag tab, you can adjust how many photos should be placed next to each other per snag.
Under the Form tab, you can adjust how many photos should be placed next to each other per form.

Finished with the settings? You can save them as a new configuration or update the current configuration. Then select whether you want to use this configuration as standard, and whether it should also be available in other projects.

Click on Download PDF to download the report or Print to print it directly.

Background of the report

You can create an image for the background of an A4-format report (297 by 210 mm) yourself and upload it as a .png, .jpg or .jpeg file. Below you can see an example:
