External users are the third parties who do not work in your company but with whom you collaborate on projects. Consider, for example, subcontractors. You add them to the project you are working on with them.

First go to the project you want to add them to and go to Add project members.

Click on Invite external to send out invites.

To add an external party, such as a subcontractor, to a project, first go to the relevant project. Click on Add external there. Enter the email address of the people you want to invite here.
